21:30, Mexico vs. New Zealand

- The Intercontinental play-offs are upon us and Mexico has the first chance to book a flight to Brazil. The first game will be played at Azteca their stronghold where the visiting team will try to avoid defeat and earn at least a point . Both teams are fully aware of the importance of winning the home game , and the trans - Pacific flight will diminish their chances of winning away from home .

- Mexico has plenty of options but Herrera decided not to rely on players that compete in Europe and will only use those who delivered convincing results in the Mexican league . The player to watch for tonight is Raul Jimenez , who scored a plethora of goals for his team, America . Oribe Peralta will be joining him up front and the dynamic duo should find its way to the goal at least once.

- New Zealand would gladly settle for an undecided match and will give their best efforts to defend a scoreless draw . They are unlikely to take chances upfront and have only Ivan Vicelich to pose serious problems to Mexico , while the hosts have diminished their chances by using exclusively for players from its national championship .

20:45, Real Madrid vs. Anadolu Efes

- The premiere match of this round and immediately my eyes are sunken in underestimation of the Turkish team. The Real played well but the team from Istanbul certainly not such an outsider like bookmakers presented, especially as this is a Real's first serious meeting this year in the EL.

- Real has an average of nearly 90 points per game. All lines of them works perfectly, especially the outer line which is the strongest part of the team, all rapid and pervasive players with long-range fire like Llula, Rudy Fernandez, Jayce Carol Rodriguez.

- Anadolu Efes tonight will have something to respond to such a strong roster Real. They invested a lot of money and, to me personally, this roster far better than previous seasons. In position 1 they have, perhaps best play, Planinic, then there is Hoopson top scorer with an average of 17.8 points per game, which is better than Real's Fernandez; under the basket is very fine Vasiliadis, then there is Semih Erden, best player, and on pisition 4 Tadija Dragicevic and phenomenal street-basket-style Dusko Savanovic.

- Real is at 4-0 and all with 17 + difference, but not against teams that rank as Anadolu Efes. I think there is no chance that Efes will lose by more than the offered handicap!

Recommended Bet: Anadolu Efes +16.5 @1.87 Pinnacle

Update: I
ncredible high percentage for 3 points ruined Efes.
